These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and to all treatments booked with Coast Health & Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”), a beauty salon within Tribeca, 135 South Greenwich Road, Spittal, Berwick-upon-Tweed TD15 1RW. By using our website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked by calling or texting 07595 337 073. Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. Please let us know about any health conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy when you book, as these may affect which treatments are suitable for you.
For some treatments we may ask for a deposit or for payment in advance. Where this applies, we will explain the amount and how it will be used when you book.
Consultations and Patch Tests
Your safety is our priority. A patch test is required before eyelash and eyebrow tints and lash lifts. A full consultation is required before CryoPen treatment, and a consultation may be required before other advanced skin treatments.
We may decline or postpone a treatment if we believe it is not suitable for you, for example if there is a contraindication, a reaction to a patch test or a skin condition that needs medical advice. We will always explain our reasons.
You agree to give us accurate and complete information during your consultation and to tell us about any changes to your health before each appointment. We cannot be responsible for reactions or results caused by information that was not disclosed.
Cancellations and Late Arrival
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by calling or texting 07595 337 073. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to carry out your full treatment, but we may need to shorten it so that other clients are not delayed. The full price of the treatment will still apply. Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask for payment in advance for future bookings.
Prices and Payment
Our current prices are shown on our treatments and price list page. Prices may change from time to time, but the price confirmed when you book will be honoured. Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Courses and blocks of treatments, such as Luminfusion and Pro Microneedling blocks of three, may need to be paid for in advance. Course treatments are for the named client only and should be used within the timeframe we recommend for best results.
Treatment Results
Every client’s skin and body is different. While we aim for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Some treatments, such as advanced peels, microneedling and MelanPro, may involve downtime, and we will explain what to expect and how to look after your skin afterwards. Please follow all aftercare advice we give you.
If you have any concerns after a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for treatments or set amounts. Vouchers must be presented or quoted when booking and are valid for the period shown on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Health, Safety and Conduct
For the comfort and safety of all clients, please let us know if you are unwell before your appointment, as we may need to rearrange it. We reserve the right to refuse a treatment to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behaves in an abusive way towards our staff.
Some treatments are not suitable for under 18s. We may ask for proof of age before carrying out these treatments.
